Launching a completely new AI brand in a market without established benchmarks required two things simultaneously: building brand awareness and establishing a measurement framework from scratch. There was no tracking in place, no data on how users engaged with an AI product, and a multi-channel approach without a coordinated strategy would have dispersed the budget without measurable impact.
Strategy
Before any advertising was launched, a complete GTM tracking framework was built to capture 10+ custom events specific to the AI product — from first chatbot interaction to key engagement signals further down the funnel. On top of this measurement foundation, a multi-channel paid advertising strategy focused on brand awareness was launched, combined with a media link strategy to build credibility for an AI brand entering a new regional market.
