Google Ads training for your in-house team

Your team makes budget decisions in Google Ads every day. The training runs in your own account, so your team learns on your campaigns and your numbers, not on a tutorial example. It covers what to check every week, what to change, and what to leave alone.

I've run Google Ads accounts for 10+ years, including work for 3 international agencies. Campaigns I worked on won 3 UK Search Awards.

Book a free intro call (20 min)

The call is free. I check your team's level and the state of your account, then send a program proposal with a fixed price.

Learning on your own? This training is for companies with their own team. For self-study, start with the free guides on my blog.

When companies ask for training

Someone new is taking over the account

A team member takes over Google Ads from a colleague or an agency. They need to understand quickly why the account is set up the way it is.

The team can't explain why the numbers move

Conversions drop or cost per click jumps, and nobody knows the cause. Changes get made on gut feeling.

You're moving from an agency to your own team

You've decided to run Google Ads in-house. Your team needs to take over the account without a gap in conversion tracking.

What your team gets

  1. 1

Work in your own account. Every example comes from your campaigns, so the team knows right away where to apply it.

  2. 2

A program built for your team. Before the training I review the account and the team's level. Topics are picked based on what you need.

  3. 3

Materials that stay with you. Slides, checklists, and a written summary with next steps for your account.

  4. 4

Questions after the training. For 30 days, your team can email me questions while they start working on their own.

  5. 5

Experience from 50+ brands and 3 international agencies, not from a single playbook.

Questions people actually ask

How much does Google Ads training for a team cost?▼
Workshops and programs have a fixed price for the whole team, not per person. You get the price in writing after the intro call, before any commitment. Mentoring sessions after the training are $200/hr.
Is the training for beginners?▼
It can be. I set the level after the intro call. Some teams start with account basics, while others come with a specific problem in Performance Max or conversion tracking. If you're learning on your own, this training isn't the right format. Start with the free guides on my blog.
Do we work in our own account or on examples?▼
In your account, if you have one. I need access to the account to prepare, and we agree on the access level during the intro call. If you don't have an account yet, we work on a plan for your first one.
Is the training onsite or online?▼
Both. Online works anywhere, over Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams. I run onsite sessions in Belgrade. Elsewhere, travel costs are agreed separately.
Training or consulting - which do I need?▼
Consulting is for one question or one decision: a second opinion, a problem in the account, or a review of an agency's proposal. Training is for a team that needs to learn to run the account on its own. If you're not sure, tell me what you need on the intro call and I'll suggest a format.
What happens after the training?▼
Your team gets the materials and a written summary with next steps for your account. For 30 days, they can email me questions. If the team wants regular check-ins after that, we continue with mentoring sessions at $200/hr.
